“I’ve always had a big love for fashion, clothes, and fabric,” she said. “Growing up in a very traditional Indian family, fabric was a big part of our culture and still is when it comes to Indian clothes.” My mom and I love extremely colorful fabric, unique patterns, textures, and prints. Naturally, when it came to American fashion, we’ve always gravitated towards clothes with those same aspects.”
