I asked what you needed this week and “last-minute gifts” was at the top of your list. I cruised my gift guide to see what could still ship on time or can be picked up. I also added in some of my other favorite creative ideas with a local twist. Let’s dig in:
- Electric Fireplace – $90 – You’ve heard me talk about this Amazon find over and over. It’s perfect for the bedroom, the office, and the living room. It can be heated or just for looks with the switch of a button. Amazon says this is last-minute gift material with quick shipping!
- Gold incense burner – $10 – Head to a local shop to pick up some incense to go with this pretty incense burner on Amazon. It’s the perfect low-key homebody gift. I get my incenses at Shop Someday in Richmond.
- AirPod Pros – $179 – For the boss babes and boss dudes on your list. These are also great for fitness fans who like to rock out while they work out. Order these at Target for local pickup for a last-minute gift that will wow.
- Neck massager – $44 – On my personal wish list, this neck massager was recommended by a few of my favorite bloggers. Amazon says it ships fast!
- Milk Frother – $13 – I use this little gadget every day. It’s perfect for people without the space or need for a full espresso machine. Head to your local coffee shop to pick up some local beans. Bonus points if you order them freshly ground for either a regular coffee pot or a french press–ask your pal ahead of time what they have!
- Daily Harvest Membership or Gift Card – $50 – $75 – I’ve used this meal service for almost four years now! A subscription also makes a great last-minute gift because you can just tuck it into a card. It will make their days easier and tastier, I promise. They’re actually full of flavor and my code SWEET gets you $ off!
- Bright Cellars Wine Subscription or Gift Card – $45+ – I’ve used a few wine subscriptions, but this has been the best so far. I get a nice blend of wines custom picked for me each month for a realllly great price! I can adjust my box make-up every month, too!
- Donate to a Nonprofit – $10+ – Donate to a nonprofit in your loved one’s honor and include the receipt with your card under the tree. Bonus points if it’s for a cause your friend is passionate about. Don’t know? Here are some of my favorites:
- CARITAS – Homelessness + addiction services
- Eliza Hope – Autism resources for children and families
- ACLU – Civil rights advocacy
- Virginia Health Care Foundation – Health and behavioral health funding and scholarships
