A Christmas party hosted by a close friend brought me to Sykesville, Maryland recently. You saw what I wore to the party here.
The day after, my gracious hosts took me down a tour of the historic Main Street of Sykesville. We visited a number of small shops and businesses including Cowboys & Angels, where I picked up this shawl and ornament for my mom (a Christmas tradition). While there, I also ogled over the rows of cowboy boots and other adorable country chic accessories.

Cowboys & Angels shawl was the perfect topper to my new No Nonsense jeggings and socks. I tried a new trend, layering my slouchy socks over y jeggings and on top of my favorite French Connection booties.
I also received some textured tights, tan twill leggings, and more socks! I might need to get some more over-the-knee socks, too. Winter, I’m ready for you! Bring it on. Now, if it would only get cold…
