Sex and the City Giveaway + a Denim Jumpsuit Look to Love
Happy Friday, kittens! I’m excited to show off one of my favorite looks (ever!) today AND announce a giveaway that has been in the works for months. As you’ve noticed, I’ve been sharing a lot of looks from Fabrik. The latest is this denim jumpsuit. That’s not only because I genuinely love the local boutique and national brand, but it’s because YOU can go on a shopping spree with your best friend to Fabrik this month when you enter my Sex & the City giveaway below!
First let’s talk about the outfit…
The owner of Fabrik pulled this denim jumpsuit from her new arrivals for me. The BB Dakota piece is what summer boho dreams are made of. It is soft and comfortable, first and foremost. Secondly, it is a modest piece for your casual summer outfit needs. However, it can also become a sexy piece with a bit of makeup and the right accessories. It is the most classic day-to-night item.
I wore it here with a vintage belt ($6) and thrifted White House Black Market faux fur jacket ($16) to beat the New York cold. The lobby of The Gem Hotel might have lent some inspiration to this Boogie Nights vibe.
The legs were a bit long on this look, so I would take it to get it hemmed for my long-term wear. My cousin even suggested hemming them to a cropped ankle look, which I think would make it even more versatile to go with boots, flats, and pumps. She’s a genius!
