The Ultimate Girls Weekend in Brooklyn: Your Travel Guide
I just got back from my nearly annual girls weekend in Brooklyn. I often go up for work. When work is over, we spend time exploring, remote working, and creating fresh content all around Brooklyn, which is bursting with vibrant neighborhoods, charming and restful spas, colorful dining options, and great thrift shopping for a girls weekend to remember.

The Hoxton Hotel

Rooms are small but they pack a lot of luxury and views of the Manhattan skyline. It’s a perfectly walkable spot to many restaurants, shops, and more outlined below!
1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge

Located right on the waterfront, 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge offers breathtaking views of the East River and Manhattan. Its eco-friendly design, luxurious amenities, and relaxing atmosphere make it a top choice for a rejuvenating stay. The hotel’s rooftop bar and outdoor pool are must-visit spots for a serene retreat and an epic view of the Brooklyn Bridge. It smells delicious when you walk in thanks to the signature 1 Hotel scent, which you can buy!

Bath House

Bath House is a MUST when we go to Brooklyn. We’ve visited three times now! Expect a serene oasis with its Japanese-inspired bathhouse and wellness treatments. Bring a bathing suit to unwind socially in co-ed hot and cold plunge pools, sauna, and steam rooms. You can book massages, Hammam scrubs, and more. It’s the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate during your Brooklyn trip. We like to go near the end of our visit so we arrive home refreshed after all the walking and work.

WTHN specializes in traditional Chinese medicine in a trendy and Instagram-worthy spot just down the street from Bath House in Brooklyn. They offer a range of services including acupuncture and herbal remedies. Their holistic approach to wellness is designed to restore balance and vitality, making it an ideal stop for some much-needed self-care during your girls weekend in Brooklyn.

Their freshly baked bagels (available in gluten-free options)and mouth-watering spreads (available in vegan options) offer a quintessential New York breakfast experience. Grand Army

We ordered this for delivery to be honest, but we got a super fresh, satisfying breakfast before a long day of photo work for a client. From savory to sweet, their menu includes everything from fluffy pancakes to hearty breakfast and lunch sandwiches.
Van Leeuwen Ice Cream

Van Leeuwen Ice Cream is the perfect retro sweet stop before a walk around Dumbo, a neighborhood by the water with tons of shopping, restaurants, and views. This beloved ice cream shop, located on Manhattan Avenue, is renowned for its rich and creamy scoops made from high-quality, natural ingredients. Whether you’re in the mood for classic flavors or unique seasonal creations, Van Leeuwen delivers indulgent treats that satisfy every craving in the group. Bonus: they have vegan dairy-free ice creaam!

Little Choc Apothecary is a charming spot is a vegan cafe and chocolate shop, offering a range of artisanal, dairy-free chocolates and pastries. Their cozy atmosphere makes it an ideal place to relax and enjoy some sweet treats. We ordered up crepes, tea, and wellness drinks for a cute afternoon of remote working.

Heatonist is a must-visit for hot sauce enthusiasts, especially if you watch the show Hot Ones where celebs try wings with varying degrees of heat.
