Pinks pants for Valentine’s Day trips to Whisk RVA with my partner and his son are all but necessary. I’m all about getting “dressed” lately even for the small things. With a transition into a freelance lifestyle currently in process, I want to make sure I don’t become the girl who spends her trips to the grocery store in yoga pants.
So, on a cold Saturday, when I was able to convince my boys out for for a sweet tooth adventure, they were in. I was feeling pink. A few new favorite accessories made this outfit all the more easy to put together for a cold day’s romp around RVA.
I use my phone. Like. A lot. Not only do I run Sweet Sauce from this magical piece of science, but I also check my three different email accounts, manage the social media of five different companies, and schedule my important client meetings and trips to the salon using my iPhone 6. I like my phone to look the part. Thanks to CaseApp, that’s pretty easy and totally affordable. Not only can you pick out a trendy phone design from their HUGE selection, but you can upload a photo to create your own perfect cover. I was in between this pink marble look and uploading a picture from my Spain trip. Glad I leaned this way. But there’s always next time… Get 20% off using my code SWEETSAUCE20.
The phone looks great with my pink clutch from Fab’rik, eh?
Yes, I’m still obsessed with these booties. Here are great look a likes.
This faux leather jacket has been around for quite some time. It looked ridiculous zipped up over this cozy knit, but it always surprises me by how warm it keeps me. The warm brown color is one of my favorites.
We haven’t event talked about my earrings, yet! Totally in love with these oversized pink confetti studs from Sassy Jones Boutique. The online accessories boutique reminds me of Francesca’s but has a little more edge. From everyday styles to stand-out statement pieces, they have it all.
I tried out a new lip color from Bite Beauty. I don’t think I’ve ever worn a color quite like this. It’s made of edible ingredients that also taste good. I had a matte finish but it felt like I was wearing a gloss. Perfect. The color is called “Pepper.” That was a nice contrast to my sweets from Whisk.

I’m all for pink in small doses 🙂 and since my current #ootd post also showcases pink jeans, I’ll have to say my fave bit about your look is your lipstick. I adore that shade of rose/mauve.
Thank you Sheela! That lip stick was new for me! So glad to have discovered Bite!
I love that lip color!! And the outfit of course 🙂 I still haven’t been to Whisk but I walked by it the other day and it looks so cute!!
Lizzzzz you have to get a treat for yourself soon! Took my step son back to watch them baking too! So great.
I love how soft, feminine and pretty all the neutral and pastels are in this outfit. I want it all head to toe. I am especially digging the baby pink jeans, gorgeous stud earrings, those camel boots and that leather jacket. They are all perfect!
I just started a new linkup on my blog this week and this outfit is too good not to share. You are welcome to link up and any other recent outfits. I’d love to see you there. Thank you, Ada. =)
