Boho Modern Bedroom Decor Upgrade

My apartment decor is comprised of many different finds, from new, to old, modern to boho. My couch, for example, was left in my apartment so we worked with it! My favorite desk is a fresh find from Target. As I keep moving forward with updating my older items with ones that last, one of my new favorite places to look for home decor is AllModern. They find a way to blend modern and bohemian aesthetics well. So, here we are with my new bedroom room decor upgrade.

I found this new TV stand on the All Modern site and on sale, no less. It arrived as took about an hour to put together. I’d like to take credit, but my boyfriend did most of the work. I chose it because it was sleek and simple for future decor opportunities. I never want to invest in a core piece of furniture that is too busy–I save that for accent pillows and ottomans, for example.

The mid-century inspired TV stand also had shelves where I could “style” a few of my favorite trinkets. Again, I keep these simple, but make sure they contrast just enough/ I chose plants, my special quartz, painted vases, and my wine cork jar. Each of these pieces added a diversity of texture to the over all sleek design.

Next up on my lhome room decor upgrade list: I’m adding some pampas grass and neutral vases to my living room set up. I’m going to swap out some of the more colorful items I’m no longer a fan of. See my home decor finds and purchases here.
