Who doesn’t need a little help making a change for the better? Jennifer Grace helps people become “unstuck” in their day-to-day lives. Her seminars and workshops call to a wide variety of people. 1. Get clear about what you want by taking time to journal your thoughts 5 minutes a day.
2. Stay clam and centered by meditating 10 min a day- focus on two words: Here, Now.
3. Once a week, schedule “me time”. When you take care of yourself, you show up better for others, massage, mani pedi, bubble baths.
4. Plan an adventure – save money each month to travel somewhere you have never been.
5. Create intention cards, make 6 goals on 3×5 cards and read them aloud each day.
6. Practice being more present, stop worrying about the future, and regretting the past – be grateful for what you have in the hear and now.
7. Laugh…a lot: rent funny movies, go to comedy shows, read satire.
8. Dance either out with friends, a partner, or in your living room by yourself.
9. Move. Find exercise that lights you up and play great music while you do it.
